Annual Garden Tour

The garden club is pleased to sponsor this event as one way to give back to the community. In the early years of North Oaks, garden club members visited each other’s gardens and shared gardening tips during the growing season. Over time, the informal tours of club members’ gardens were expanded to include nonclub members and eventually became a more structured event. 

For the past several years the tour has included four NOHOA member properties where owners have generously agreed to share their gardens with the community for one designated afternoon in the summer. On-site musicians have recently been added to each garden which has enhanced the experience.

Please consider volunteering to have your garden on the tour in the next year or two, as tours are planned well in advance. We understand gardens are constantly evolving and maturing and even transitioning in direction. Perhaps your garden has been on a prior tour, and you’d like to share how its changing over time. Or maybe you’d like to share your musical talent at one of the gardens on the tour. If so, please contact nogardenclub@gmail.com.
