November 8: Holiday Boughs and Bows Assembly
Join Garden Club members as we get into the holiday spirit by assembling over 330 decorative swags to adorn street signs throughout North Oaks! This annual event takes place just prior to the North Oaks Guild I Holiday Home Tour and Boutique benefiting Children’s Hospital Association of Minnesota. Everyone is invited to join in the fun. Please dress for the weather and remember to bring a pair of gloves. Treats and warm beverages are always provided, along with festive cheer and the scent of fresh evergreens.

Location: Meet at the Blacksmith Shop, Hill Farm, 35 Hill Farm Circle
Open to all Community Members! Children are welcome!
November 11: Tour of Len Busch Roses
Len Busch Roses is the largest floral farmer in the Midwest with 15 acres of greenhouses. It is a family owned business that prides itself on growing high quality flowers of all kinds. They grow millions of tulips (hydroponically) for florists in the 5 state area. This tour will be focused on poinsettias. Option to lunch at North Oaks Golf Club at 11:00 am. If interested in car pooling, please meet at North Oaks Golf Club at noon. Tour is limited to North Oaks Garden Club members.

Len Busch Roses Public Tour Guidelines - Safety & Facility Notes:
Len Busch Roses is an active warehouse and greenhouse environment. For the safety and comfort of all participants, please keep the following in mind:
Footwear: Closed-toe are required, and comfortable walking shoes are strongly recommended.
Temperature: Portions of the tour take place in coolers and warm greenhouse areas—please dress in layers.
Awareness: Stay with the group and remain alert. Equipment, carts, and forklifts may be in operation.
Restricted Areas: Please follow all posted signs and do not enter any restricted zones unless guided by a staff member.
Photography: Is permitted.
Touching Product: For product quality and safety, please avoid touching flowers, plants, or equipment unless invited to do so.
Mobility Devices: Due to narrow aisles, uneven surfaces, and active equipment, walkers and wheelchairs cannot be accommodated on the tour.
Children: Must be closely supervised by an adult.
